Blavatsky and Atlantis

The search for Atlantis is the holy grail of alternative science/archaelogy and Blavatsky is a major theorist in the field. During the HPB News “submergence”, studies on Atlantis continued full-steam; as we resurface, here is an overview of some of the major events (special thanks to F. Jenkins for suggesting this):

David Pratt is  one of the more methodical and accurate theosophical writers:

"the Tibetan diagram below, and the German and Russian versions of it, are among a large collection of documents that the Russian UFO Research Station (RUFORS) received from an anonymous source in 2008/2009."

Blavatsky's Gems from the East

Recent Research on Gems from the East:
Most students of Theosophy have no doubt at one time or another given Blavatsky's book of oriental sayings, Gems from the East a priveledged place on their night table. One handsome edition is the 2001 printing by Grange Publishing featuring a blue cover with color gems on beige paper, with traditional Hindu designs.

This mysterious book seemingly appeared fully  formed out of the blue in 1890, full of thoughtfully chosen selections from the vast array of Eastern spiritual literature during a period where she was already swamped with work (although naturally, she culled from the extensive material related to her editorial work with The Theosophist, Lucifer and various related publications).

Help with the research has been requested; one is invited to contact the researcher:
